PC Remote control software
PC Remote Control is a versatile software that allows you to control the computer in a simple way, as you do with a TV or DVD player. The origin of control can be the RS-232 serial port, TCP/IP network or some other more specific.

- Keyboard press simulation, single or combined
- Mouse cursor movement and clicks
- Volume control
- Application launch
- Sending messages to applications via PostMessage
- Shutdown of PC, window appearance control, on screen display.

- Control of the computer during multimedia reproduction.
- Presentations.
Hardware requirements:
- For typical handset remote control use, some of the devices mentioned in Remote control solutions or Do-it-yourself pages.
- For TCP/IP network control, it is possible to connect as client or server. With the PC Remote Control installation are included two accesory applications (CGIRemote and TCPIPRemote) that demonstrate the possibilities of this type of control.

Although some web sites list this program as a dangerous RAT that spreads like a virus and exposes the computer to hackers, PC Remote Control is not a threat for the simple reason that it just does what the user wants it to do. It needs to be installed and configured before being able to function. None of the major antivirus consider it malicious.
